Rates & Payment Policy

Magnolia Manor solely hosts all its events and
accepts outside caterers only at its discretion.

 

Payment Policy
50% of the total amount must be paid in order to confirm an event date.
The full balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. Payment in full is required for all events with a less than 30-day notice. Magnolia Manor accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Business Checks and Debit Cards.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Special Events & Catering
Receive a full refund, less $50 processing fee and less any up-front expenses, for any cancellation with a 90-day notice.
Receive a 50% refund, less $50 processing fee and any up-front expenses, for any cancellation with a 60-day notice.
Receive no refund for any cancellation with less than 60-day notice.
